Deliveries

Furniture will usually only be delivered to people's accommodation located in or near Richmond Borough. The carriers we use are self-employed. We have to pay for furniture to be delivered.

Delivery charges

To enable us to provide a service we need to pass on some of this cost to our customers. We ask for a contribution when we deliver furniture. We charge £10 per delivery.
When arranging delivery we agree a time when someone will be at home to receive the delivery. it is important that someone is  there.  If we have to redeliver as a result of no one being there to receive the furniture we will have to charge you extra for redelivery.
