Before we collect we ask you for some basic information and a time is negotiated over the phone for the carrier to come and collect the furniture. We cannot be precise about time but can give you a morning or afternoon slot.  The drivers will go through some paperwork with you.  Our drivers, as always, have discretion over what we accept. Please do consider filling in a Gift Aid form.  The drivers will have them to hand and this helps us raise much needed funds.
